Meet the coaches
Lithuania
Head coach
Professional Lithuanian sailor and Olympian. After the London Olympic Games Rokas coached Laser and Laser Radial teams until he was selected for the Volvo Ocean Race with Team Brunel. Today he trains high-performance offshore teams — but his passion for the ILCA class and Lake Garda brings him back to the Easter camp every year.
Norway
Coach
Four Olympic campaigns (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008) and coach at the Rio Olympics. As an ILCA coach Peer has secured Olympic bronze, top-7 Laser Worlds results and World Cup wins, and coaches at all the main events — Miami, Hyères, Palma, Kiel. Currently a coach with the Norwegian Sailing Federation.

Coach
Active ILCA 7 and Switch sailor with numerous European and World titles in the ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 categories. For Mattia sailing is a true school of life — every race an opportunity to grow.

Highly experienced international ILCA coach. Has led international ILCA teams at World and European Championships, working with youth and elite sailors across the ILCA fleets, known for keeping sailors focused and performing at major events.
